The partnership with Rocky Mountain Education Center (RMEC) at Red Rocks Community College provides access to the US Department of Labor authorized OSHA training institute and education center serving the Rocky Mountain States Region VIII.  The partnership expands the faculty expertise, training resources and cost effectiveness of EMCIS programming to include courses in the OSHA standards for Construction and General Industry.  RMEC offers Specialists Certificate programs for safety professionals to include worker hazard awareness and recognition courses for the upstream onshore oil and gas industry.

The Rocky Mountain Coal Mining Institute is a nonprofit educational and advocacy group that has been serving the mining industry in the Rocky Mountain Region since 1912. EMCIS and RMCMI share the goals of every miner returning home to their loved ones as well as a well-educated general public. This partnership provides additional resources to both groups in order to provide the best training and education to the region.
